Automatic machine developed by Apis:
Usually, round glass beveled edging equipment, there are two types in the glass processing industry.
One is simple equipment by manual operation, the advantage is low cost but the edge is uneven. The other is CNC, the advantage is that the edge is perfect but the cost is too high.
We independently developed an edging automatic machine for processing round glass. The edge is good with reasonable cost.
In cutting process: inspect Cutting size, Raw glass quality (moldy, bubble, stone, tin spots)
In grinding process, inspect Standard-circle, Uniform width bevel, Grinding smoothly.
In tempering process, inspect Roller wave, Particle counts.
